This air-conditioned two bedroom, two bathroom apartment has all you would need for a relaxing holiday in the sun. The property is very tastefully furnished with a sofa bed in the lounge to cater for up to 6 people. There is an en-suite bathroom for the master bedroom, and a shower room for the second bedroom. The kitchen/diner is well equipped with dishwasher, cooker, microwave and fridge-freezer. The comfortable lounge has a TV (with SKY & free to view channels), DVD and CD for your entertainment. In the utility room there is a washing machine. The balcony overlooks the communal pool and gardens and the roof terrace is in the sunshine all day: perfect for sun-worshippers!

Costa Esuri is only an hour from the historic city of Seville, 30 minutes from Huelva and close to the famous Doρana National Park. The first golf course on Costa Esuri development has just opened with the second one due to open later this year. There are many other local golf courses such as Islantilla, Nuevo Portil, Isla Canela just a short drive away. Across the border into Portugal, located on the opposite bank of the river is the nearest golf course of Castro Marim, just a 5 minute drive away. The apartment is a 10 minute drive from the lovely town of Ayamonte and 15 minutes from the stunning beach of Isla Canela and the Portuguese beach of Monte Gordo. The bustling town of Villa Real de San Antonio can be reached by ferry from Ayamonte. Located on the banks of the River Guadiana this is rugged countryside with an abundance of flora and fauna. Spot pink flamingos, Iberian magpies and bee-eaters this is a haven for wild birds

Notes : A booking is confirmed on receipt of a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total holiday cost.
Full payment is due six weeks before departure date. If you book the accommodation within six weeks of departure, then full payment is due at the time of booking.

A fully refundable security deposit of 200 euros is required when you pay the final balance. Once we have received confirmation from the management company that the property has been left in good order, this will be returned to you promptly.
