This bright and spacious 1 bedroom, 1st floor apartment is situated in the typically Andalucian complex of San Isidro. The property is located in Islantilla overlooking the Islantilla golf course.

Ideally located at the end of a quiet road this small development is centred around a beautiful swimming pool set in pretty landscaped gardens.

On site there are paddle tennis courts and a separate swimming pool for children.

The apartment has a large terrace perfect for al fresco dining or sitting watching the golfers attempt the 5th hole of the challenging Islantilla golf course!

There is one comfortable double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and a sofa bed in the lounge suitable for 2 children.

The lounge has a TV and DVD player for entertainment and a dining table for four. The nearest bar is a 5 minute walk, and for a wider choice the bars and restaurants of La Antilla and Islantilla are within an easy 20 minute stroll of the apartment. In addition to golf, there are lots of local activites such as water sports and horse riding and within a 20 minute drive there is a water park and bike and quad bike hire.

This is a beautiful beach front holiday town, much favoured by Spanish families. It has many lovely restaurants, bars, cafes and shops. It is close to the historic city of Huelva from where Columbus set sail, and to many little fishing villages dotted along the coast line.
A delightful 1 bedroom apartment in a fabulous location in a tranquil area overlooking the 5th Hole of the challenging Islantilla golf course. 5 minutes walk to the golf clubhouse and hotel and 15 minutes walk to the wonderful sandy beach where you will find a good selection of hotels, boutique shops, cafe bars and restaurants.

A booking is confirmed on receipt of a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total holiday cost.
Full payment is due six weeks before departure date. If you book the accommodation within six weeks of departure, then full payment is due at the time of booking.

A fully refundable security deposit of 200 euros is required when you pay the final balance. Once we have received confirmation from the management company that the property has been left in good order, this will be returned to you promptly.

House linen provided but please bring towels for the beach and pool.
