If a cancellation is necessary after paying your deposit
or after full payment has been made for the cost of the
holiday, the following are the terms of cancellation:
55-29 days Loss of 50% of deposit
28-22 days Loss of full deposit
21-7 days Loss of 50% of holiday cost plus full deposit
7 days or less Loss of 100% of holiday cost plus full
deposit
A booking only becomes firm on receipt of your deposit
payment of 20%. Full payment is due six weeks before
departure date. If you book the accommodation within six
weeks of departure, then full payment is due at the time
of booking.
A fully refundable damage deposit of 200 euros is required
when you make the final payment. Once we have received
confirmation from the management company that the
apartment has been left in good order, this will be
returned to you promptly
