Notes :
A booking is
confirmed on receipt of a non-refundable deposit of 25% of
the total holiday cost.
Full payment is due six weeks before departure date. If you
book the accommodation within six weeks of departure, then
full payment is due at the time of booking.
A fully refundable security deposit of 200 euros is required
when you pay the final balance. Once we have received
confirmation from the management company that the property
has been left in good order, this will be returned to you
promptly.
Payment can be made by bank transfer or cheque.
Payments can be made by PayPal at a supplement – please
contact us for further details.
House linen provided but please bring towels for the beach
and pool.
Please note:
• stays of less than 4 nights may be accommodated – please
contact us for information
• ask us for information about special rates for holidays of
more than 14 nights
• long term lets of more than 6 months at a substantial
discount to the above rates
• There is a small supplement of 50 euros for Easter and
Christmas holidays
• Add charge of 20 euros for additional laundry if sofa-bed
is required
