Whether you are visiting the Algarve for the first time or are a frequent visitor you could not find a more convenient location for your stay. Being 1 min from the A125 (main coast road) and 3 mins from the A22 (motorway which runs from Lisbon to Seville).

The Villa has a rural feel, looking over open fields to the sea and is only 5 mins from the stunning Praia Verde Beach, which has a beautiful restaurant located right on the sand.

The lounge is large and cool overlooking the pool and terrace. With sliding doors to the outside areas. Beautifully furnished with 42 plasma TV and Satellite.
The brand new kitchen is fitted to a high standard with a large fridge/freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Extensive food preparation areas and a very sociable layout with large table and chairs.

There is a large roof garden with panoramic views over the open countryside and sea. This is a very private area and remains a real sun trap during the evening and on rare inclement days. The private pool is cleaned twice per week.
There are numerous other beaches and restaurants situated along the A125 which leads you to the historic Roman town of Tavira (15-20 mins) with its cobbled streets and countless bars and restaurants.
The Villa is beautifully furnished and has 4 large bedrooms, fully equipped top of the range kitchen, 3 fully marbled bathrooms and a stunning lounge which looks directly over the pool. State of the art airconditioning and heating.

The photographs do not do the Villa justice and we are sure that any visitors will have a wonderful stay.

The whole plot is gated from a very quiet local road. This means that kids or pets are always within view and secure from the outside world.
This property has stairs to the upper floor leading to 3 bedrooms and large roof terrace. One bedroom and one bathroom are on the ground floor, ideal for persons with limited mobility. There are no steps between the lounge, pool or downstairs bedroom making it wheelchair friendly.

There is always a sunny spot where you can catch the rays or an alternative shady spot if required. The pool surrounds have be fitted with special non slip surfaces which is typical of the attention to detail than went into the design and build of the lovely villa. There are ample lounging and patio furniture to both the pool and terrace.

A non refundable 25% deposit is required with 7 days of reserving the villa. The Final non refundable balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

We are flexible on changeover days out of season. Discounts for long winter lets. Book before 31 January 2009 and save 10%.

Saturday changeover during July/August, but we are more flexible out of season. guests are reminded that check out times are as follows:- leaving 10.00am - coming in 2.00pm
